Charley's half Birthday

We had Charley's half birthday with Ema Anderson from across the street. Both girls were born on Christmas Eve in 2003. We decided that we had to have a real party in July. Thanks to Becky Anderson for all the great ideas.

It was a bike party in the park in front of our house. The girls both learned to ride their two wheel bikes this year so it was the perfect theme. The kids washed their bikes then, they rinsed them by riding around the park and through the sprinklers. After the bikes were all cleaned they decorated them.
Charley refused to decorate. But her favorite part was the bike parade. She and Ema got to be the leaders.

The whole neighborhood was out. Becky did 20 invitations but I made 48 cupcakes and they were all gone. It was a good time.

I am so slow at commenting. Your kids are seriously GORGEOUS! They are the cutest kids EVER! I love reading the updates on you guys! Glad that everything is going well. I feel like I haven't talked to you in forever, and I just live down the street! LOL! Cute Pictures though!

Are you talking about the anonymous comments on my page? If so, most of them are from my friend Michelle. She can be pretty silly and likes to include a bunch of "inside jokes" in her comments. I dont think that Royce even reads my blog. I served a mission to NYC from 2000-2001 and then I moved back there after finishing up at ASU. I have been out there for about 5 years now. It is a blast! Your family is so cute. I was on Emily's (Jameson) blog and saw a link to her sister Jennifer and then found you. Sounds like you all are doing really good.....your trip to Mexico looked really fun too. Take care. Sandi

Happy birthday, Charley :)
(ay, Em...in looking for Lisa's blog, I discovered that I wasn't really subscribed to your blog, so hadn't checked...anyway, it was a fun trip "seeing" you today).
